Export customers

You can export customers based on their names or based on the products they purchased. This helps importing customers into 3rd party systems or to create email marketing lists, for example. This function is not available in all accounts.

Export customer details from orders

To use this function please read  Export orders.

Once you have selected orders you can choose to only export the customer details from them.

Export customers by name

Allows you to export a list of customers based on their names.

1. Click on Marketing on the main dashboard.
2. Select the option Customers.
3. Click on List customers by name
4. Select the customers you want to export
5. Select the option Export from the Action menu below the table.

You will now be able to download a CSV file with the customer Data, which you can edit in Spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.

You can limit the customers to be exported by date range or by their payment status using the Search filter.

Export customers by products ordered

Allows you to export a list of customers based on the products they have purchased.

This is a great function for example to create emails lists to follow up on customers who have purchased a specific product.

1. Click on Marketing on the main dashboard.
2. Select the option Customers.
3. Click on Find customers by products ordered
4. Search for customers using the SKU (Catalog number) or name of a product.
5. Select the customers you want to export
6. Select the option Export from the Action menu below the table.

You will now be able to download a CSV file with the customer Data, which you can edit in Spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.

You can limit the customers to be exported by date range.
