Prescription Medications: Medications requiring a prescription are indicated by a drop down list. If you have a prescription from a doctor just fax or email it to us. Use our contact page for this. If you do not have a prescription we require you to have an online consultation with our doctors and they will decide if a prescription is released for you to purchase your medication. If so, you will select the prescription option in the list at check out.
Always check with the authorities in your country regarding the importation requirements.
Registered pharmacies, clinics, doctors, placing an order, do not need a prescription but we require copy of their license or registration. Use our contact page for sending us your documents.
Out Of Stock: Out of stock items are indicated with 0. You can still place your order but shipping maybe delayed 2-3 weeks as we restock on these items.
Shipping: We provide shipping from St. Lucia and other locations. You will choose your mode of shipping on check out.
1. International Economy Shipping is via EMS of the local postal services (7-14 days)
2. Express Shipping is via international courier, Fedex, DHL or UPS (3-7 days).
3. Pick-Up is available only to residents and visitors to St. Lucia
4. Economy Ground Shipping - to anywhere in St. Lucia within 24 hours.
Payments: We accept payments as indicated on check out. For additional information feel free to contact us. At this time we are unable to accept credit cards directly as Credit Card Companies do not offer their services to non-american related businesses. However we are a trusted, legitimate and licensed business in St. Lucia.
We accept most money transfers payments such as Moneygram, Western Union, Ikobo and any other which functions from your own country. We also accept bank transfers, the details of which will be supplied on check out.
For residents and visitors of St. Lucia, we accept cash or cheques. You may either op for pick-up or Economy (ground) delivery.
Our policy on returns of items is very strict. As our physical products are medication, please kindly ensure that you are selecting the right item that you need. We do not sell expired goods and all our products are of the highest quality.
We therefore cannot accept returned goods if we cannot prove that we have shipped you the wrong item.
